Sofia City Court decides finally whether to leave the actor Dimo Alexiev under house arrest, reported NOVA.
Last week the district magistrates let him go home because he had a sick child.
According to the prosecutor's office, Alexiev should remain behind bars after he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. This was the second offense of the actor, who received a suspended sentence in 2022.
Aleksiev himself stated in the courtroom that he was sorry and did not want to set a similar example as a public figure.
