The District Prosecutor's Office - Stara Zagora has charged a 49-year-old man with intentionally causing the death of his son by exceeding the limits of inevitable defense.
It has been established that on January 1, 2025, in the village of Gabarevo, Stara Zagora region, in a yard, a scandal and a fight broke out between two brothers a few hours after welcoming the New Year.
The 49-year-old M.P. - their father, intervened to separate them. Exceeding the limits of inevitable defense, he intentionally killed his own son - 28-year-old A.P.
The father inflicted a stab wound on his son with a knife in the left forearm and death was due to acute blood loss.
The Kazanlak District Office received a signal from a 26-year-old woman. A police team was sent to the scene.
The victim was taken by a medical team to a medical facility, where he died.
Investigation actions are being carried out in the case.
