Three men from Radomir were arrested after resisting law enforcement, police said.
On May 6 at around 11:20 p.m. on tel. 112 received a report of a fight between two groups who had consumed alcohol.
The police officers who arrived on the scene suppressed the brawl, but some of the participants in it tried to escape.
After being followed by officers of the Radomir Police Department, the three - a 46-year-old man and his two sons, aged 19 and 21, began to behave threateningly and aggressively, holding a machete and a shovel in their hands.
They were detained for up to 48 hours and charged with hooliganism with resistance to a government body. A request for permanent arrest is pending in court.
The law provides for imprisonment of up to 5 years for such acts.
