A large-scale performance "Come and get wrapped up", with the participation of the Vratsa Symphony and a team of over 140 people held on Sunday evening in the NDK. It is dedicated to the Bulgarian wedding. Music and dance paintings recreating wedding rituals and spring holidays from different regions of Bulgaria will be presented.
After a series of concerts in the country, the successful symbiosis between the folk and symphony orchestra, realized during the entire concert, continues.
Viewers will enjoy and feel the overall impact and sound with density, scale and volume, unknown and even revolutionary for our folk art!
Georgi Andreev - director and conductor of the ensemble - has a leading role in this musical symbiosis. A composer of a new dimension, managing to build in an inimitable and successful way the architectonics of the folk and symphony orchestra, turning their sound into something new and provocative.
