Fitness trainer Irina Rotach recommended several exercises that will help you perk up in the morning, writes Men Today.
The specialist emphasized that you must eat before your morning workout. At the same time, to avoid weight, the food should be chosen correctly.
For morning exercises, Rotach suggests choosing calf raises, side and forward bends, and side lunges. Also suitable are rotations in the shoulder joints, swinging the legs forward to the hands, swinging the legs to the sides and the plank. You can complete the complex by stretching your back.
Rotach also listed exercises that will help speed up weight loss. These include barbell squats, push-ups with difficulty, and burpees.
