Sara Lazzarini, an Italian with a great desire for innovation in the world of desserts, decided to open the first tiramisu bar in France. Her idea was simple but original: to give customers the opportunity to create a tiramisu that reflects their personal tastes and moods. At the bar in Nice, each visitor can choose the ingredients and toppings they want to include in their dessert, creating a unique combination perfect for their day.
“I was tired of eating only classic tiramisu in restaurants. So my partner Alison and I decided to create a bar that offers the opportunity to compose your own dessert according to your tastes and mood“, shares Sarah. Each ingredient is carefully selected, and customers can experiment with different variations of biscotti, coffee and mascarpone cream, as well as add their favorite toppings and decorations.
