Belgian politician Germain Dalne has issued an official apology after a compromising photo of him appeared in public, in which he was photographed in his underwear and wrapped in a Nazi flag, dariknews.bg reported.
Dalne described the incident as a “gross mistake“ and a bad joke during a youth camp.
The photo, in which the 26-year-old municipal councilor from the city of Nivelles in southern Belgium poses with a swastika flag, was published by the newspaper L’Avenir after it began circulating on social networks.
