The message was for immediate evacuation. And that's what people did. But we will not talk about the system of advance disclosure, but about the communication between the institutions. Interior Minister Kalin Stoyanov immediately went to the scene of the accident, who is constantly providing information. By the way, quite adequate behavior, given the great resentment against him. Another active participant in the speech was the mayor of Elin Pelin municipality - Ivaylo Simeonov. And from the great competition of who should say what, the two entered into an absentee dispute about who does his job how.

“We are listening to a lot of analysis and comments from the mayor of Elin Pelin. He allows himself to comment on what and how it should have been done. I want to make it clear that this person - according to our information - is somewhere deep in Greece. Probably on some lovely beach and I advise him to keep drinking his ouzo there, apply more sunscreen and let us do our work. Let him not disturb his rest with everything that is happening here", Kalin Stoyanov told journalists.
