CSKA-Sofia without Hristiyan Petrov and Martin Stoychev in the derby with Levski - 1

CSKA-Sofia defender Hristiyan Petrov has a torn ankle ligament and will miss the derby with Levski, the club announced. "At the moment, the footballer is in a splint, and then his recovery will begin. The defender will miss the next few matches of CSKA-Sofia, informed the headquarters of the Reds.

Right back Martin Stoychev suffered a serious injury in the match with Lokomotiv (Plovdiv) and will be out of action for about six months.

"It has now become clear that the young talent has a torn anterior cruciate ligament, which will keep him out of the squad for several months,", the club said. Ivan Turitsov and Jurgen Matai continue their recovery and are also expected to miss the match against Levski on Sunday.

Thus, CSKA looks set to start without a single Bulgarian in the starting line-up in the derby with the "blues".
