The former goalkeeper of FC CSKA 1948 Daniel Naumov is getting closer to a transfer to "The army", informed "Mach Telegraf", quoted by Topsport.
The guard, who has also played for the Bulgarian national team, will join the "red" as a free agent after his contract with FC CSKA 1948 expired.
Because Naumov refused to renew his contract with the team from Bistrica, the goalkeeper was sent to the bench in the spring of last season. According to acquaintances, it was precisely the lack of game practice that thwarted Naumov's desire to arrange a transfer abroad.
The goalkeeper is expected to be officially announced as a new addition to CSKA by the end of the week. Levski was also interested in him, but according to people familiar with the "Army" have offered him better conditions.
