The success over the Germans comes after the convincing 3:0 over Argentina a day earlier. The team led by Gianlorenzo Blengini won the first game 25:22, but lost the second with the same score. Bulgaria dominated the third and won it without problems 25:19.
In the fourth part, the Bulgarians made many inaccuracies on the opening shot and allowed Germany to return to the match after 25:23. The Bulgarian volleyball players managed to mobilize in the tiebreak, pulled ahead early in the score and won 15:12.
Alexander Nikolov (left) was ahead of everyone with 28 points. Venislav Antov finished with 16, and Andrey Asparuhov added 11. Bulgaria's next match is tomorrow against the hosts from Canada.
