After successfully graduating as a bachelor from the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski", basketball star Alexander "Sasha" Vezenkov received his coaching diploma personally from the rector, Prof. Krasimir Petkov, BTA reported.
Vezenkov shared the happy moment with his father, who accompanied him to the meeting with the academic leadership, which was also attended by the vice-rector for academic work, Assoc. Prof. Hristo Andonov, Assoc. Prof. Mariyana Borukova – basketball teacher and tutor of Vezenkov and Valentin Dobrev – Director of Administrative and Economic Activities.
The two-time Sportsman No. 1 of Bulgaria also received special congratulations from the Minister of Education and Science Krasimir Valchev, who was at the Academy to participate in an educational forum organized by the Ministry of Education and Science.
