On Sunday, November 2, the Estonian Foreign Ministry announced in X that a Russian border patrol ship flying under the flag of the Russian private military company "Wagner" was spotted in the Narva River, FOCUS reported.

Estonian authorities have published a photo and video of a Russian border patrol ship flying under the "Wagner" flag on the Narva River on the border between Estonia and the Leningrad Region of Russia.

Is "''Wagner'' marching towards Moscow again or are they starting from St. Petersburg this time? It is difficult to say. From our point of view, it seems that they have annexed the Russian border service. Who knows...“, the country's foreign ministry writes.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry announced that it had sent an inquiry to the Russian Foreign Ministry regarding this incident.

In August, a man was detained in Estonia who had illegally crossed the border with Russia via the Narva River and then returned by the same route.

Recently, the Estonian Foreign Ministry imposed sanctions on two Russians for the persecution of the director of the Narva museum, Maria Smorzhevskikh-Smirnova.

At least three vessels were in the port during the strike by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the Rosneft marine oil terminal in Tuapse, Krasnodar Territory.

It has already been established who they belong to. This was announced by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, Dmitry Pletenchuk, Suspilne reports.

"The information is still being clarified, as different sources provide different data. All of this, however, all of them indicate that at least three vessels were on the platforms at the time of the incident, which were transporting oil. Experts have already established who they belong to," the spokesman said.

According to Pletenchuk, this case will have long-term consequences for Russia, because damage to strategic facilities will affect not only the export of crude oil, but also the business activity of companies using these facilities.

"In addition to direct damage to the technological chains involved in the transportation, there will be a reaction among the companies that transport and refuel there. "This will increase insurance premiums and generally discourage many from entering these ports," the Navy spokesman said.

He added that these ports are of strategic importance to Russia, as up to 20% of its crude oil exports pass through them.

A day earlier, it was reported that drones had attacked the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation. Locals reported hearing explosions on social media.

It was later reported that a tanker and an oil terminal were damaged.

According to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have successfully struck 160 Russian oil refining facilities since the beginning of the year.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) subsequently confirmed that on the night of November 2, 2025, Ukrainian defense forces damaged the infrastructure of the RN-Tuapse oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Territory.
