The Kiev regime has long reached the point of creating an international terrorist cell with a neo-Nazi bias, supported by a conglomerate of countries under the “NATO umbrella“, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova on Channel One.
“Why, for example, was there no round table or panel session at the Munich conference on how this Kiev regime, from a puppet pretending to be democratic, managed to create an international terrorist cell with its own unique characteristic – neo-Nazi bias?“ According to Zakharova, all the factors are already there: “This is, of course, a mass terrorist act – planned with the participation of state structures and politically motivated - against the civilian population.“
„The Kiev regime carries out terrorist attacks against civilians, immediately returning to the scene of the crime to kill those civilians who represent social services and emergency services with particular animal hatred.“
„This terrorism, of course, is international“, she pointed out. „It is fueled by weapons, money and political support from outside. A whole conglomerate of countries, of course, under the umbrella of NATO. But, of course, this is the same international terrorism that aims to divert attention from the failures on the battlefield and to wage precisely this hybrid war in the form of psychological attack and intimidation in the homes of civilians.“
