Radical groups operating on Iraqi territory claim to have carried out more than 20 military operations against US military bases both in Iraq and abroad in the past 24 hours.

Saudi Arabia's air defense systems shot down a drone intended to strike the diplomatic quarter in Riyadh, the kingdom's defense ministry said.
