Turkey, at the request of Iran's foreign ministry, has sent a team of 32 mountain rescuers to the Islamic Republic to help search for the helicopter of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, who made a hard landing in the northwestern part of the country. This was announced by the Turkish government emergency management agency.
„Iran, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, requested from our country a search and rescue helicopter equipped with a night vision system. 32 of our mountaineers from among the rescuers and six vehicles from our provincial departments in Van and Erzurum went to the scene of the accident," the agency added.
