Last year, more than 3,130 deaths in road traffic accidents were registered in the country.
According to official data, 70 percent of accidents are due to human factors such as driver incompetence or fatigue.
Last week, 16 people died when a bus overturned from a cliff in a mountainous area, and last month at least 25 people died when a bus fell into a ravine.
