An attack by Russian forces with a planned bomb on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv claimed the life of one person and injured eight people, reported Reuters, quoted by BTA, citing local officials.
Buildings and cars were set on fire during the attack.
The mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, wrote in "Telegram" that the bomb hit the center of the city and caused a fire. He added that an 8-month-old child was also among the injured.
Regional Governor Oleg Sinegubov said that a post office was set on fire during the attack.
