The Russian agency RIA Novosti reported that the armed forces of the country have captured an intact part of the American ATACMS system, which belongs to the armed forces in Ukraine.
The Russians are said to have acquired a missile guidance system. In the report “weapons expert“ with a mask on his face examines the ATACMS components.
The expert claims that the captured equipment will allow Russia to study exactly how American missiles, which can hit targets at a distance of up to 300 km, are controlled in flight, UNIAN agency reported.
The words “ATACMS“ and “USArmy Redstone Arsenal, Alabama”. So far, independent experts have neither confirmed nor denied that the device shown by the Russians is indeed part of an ATACMS missile and not a prop created for propaganda.
