Kamala Harris' doctor confirmed that she is in excellent health a month before the elections and will be able to fulfill the duties of the head of state, TASS reported.
„Vice President Harris remains in excellent health. "She possesses the physical and mental stamina necessary to carry out the duties of a president," said the medical report prepared by Harris' doctor, Joshua Simmons.
He noted that Harris's last full medical examination, performed in April 2024, revealed no abnormalities and all key health indicators were normal. He emphasized that the politician adheres to a “healthy, active lifestyle, despite his busy schedule”, and also follows a “very healthy diet”, rarely drinks alcohol and does not smoke.
The doctor said that for the past three years she has been undergoing allergen-specific immunotherapy, which has allowed her to overcome her seasonal allergy symptoms.
The 59-year-old Harris published data about her health for the first time. Earlier, the American media noted that the vice president, who regularly undergoes medical examinations at the White House, has never published information about his health.
