In 2025, pensioners in Serbia will receive higher pensions by 10.9 percent, local media write, quoted by BTA.
By government decree, the average pension in Serbia in 2025 has been increased from EUR 390 to EUR 436. In local currency, the average pension of 45,700 dinars will increase by about 5,000 dinars.
The payment of pensions, which are delivered to homes by postmen, begins today.
Pensions via bank transfer will arrive by January 6, Serbian media reported, citing information from the Republican Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Serbia.
