The Israeli army announced the death of four of its soldiers in the Gaza Strip, reported France Press1 quoted by BTA.

The dead soldiers are between the ages of 19 and 37. They were killed during fighting in the northern part of the enclave.

This brings the number of soldiers killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of the war between Israel and "Hamas" in October 2023. The death toll rose to 403. An Israeli officer and an Israeli reservist were also wounded in the same fighting and were taken to hospital. Meanwhile, the Israeli army said it had killed three terrorists during a ground operation near Jabalia in the enclave. Thousands of Israelis have again demonstrated across the country calling for the release of hostages held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, DPA reported, quoted by BTA. At a rally in Tel Aviv, the friend of a hostage recently found dead in the Gaza Strip called for an agreement with Hamas. His 53-year-old friend and his 22-year-old son were found dead in a tunnel in the Gaza Strip a few days ago. The army said the two men, who belonged to a Bedouin community, were killed while being held captive by Hamas. They were kidnapped in the Gaza Strip during a Hamas attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023.

The German ambassador to Israel, Steffen Seibert, was also expected to attend the rally in Tel Aviv. "Jews, Bedouins, Christians, Druze - the pain and sorrow of losing a hostage unites us all," he wrote on the "Ex" platform.

According to media reports, hundreds of people have demonstrated again in Jerusalem to call on the government to make a deal with "Hamas".

Indirect talks are currently underway again in Qatar to reach a ceasefire and release the hostages still being held in the Gaza Strip in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.
