The Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye was subjected to five drone attacks late yesterday, the chairman of the Zaporozhye regional military administration Ivan Fedorov announced in the Telegram application, BTA reported.
As a result of the Russian attack, a fire broke out in one of the city's districts, Ivan Fedorov's message says. According to preliminary information, there were no injuries.
There is a danger and threat of repeated attacks, citizens should stay in safe places until the alarm is lifted, local authorities are calling.
The airstrike in Zaporozhye was announced at 7:09 p.m., the first explosions occurred at around 10 p.m., local authorities also reported.
In the Zaporozhye region, the Bulgarian community is about 30 thousand people. The compact settlement of the Bulgarian community in the region is concentrated in the Primorsky, Melitopol, Berdyansk and Priazovsky regions, which are currently occupied.
