Russian forces attacked the second largest Ukrainian city - Kharkiv this morning, with one injured, Ukrinform reported, referring to a post by the city's mayor Igor Terekhov on the "Telegram" app, quoted by BTA.
"In Kharkiv, there was an attack in the residential area of the Kholodnohirsky district. A fire broke out at the site of the strike”, Terekhov specified in his first post about this attack.
A little later, he added that the information from the first arriving emergency teams was about one injured.
