The US may transfer old thermonuclear bombs to its NATO allies while modernizing its own nuclear arsenal with modern 13th generation B-61 bombs, military expert Alexander Stepanov believes.

„In addition to the presentation of the 13th generation B61, the American nuclear weapons company Pantex still has contracts for the production of 480 12th generation bombs, which they have already essentially completed. This means that the Europeans may be supplied with weapons of the old model as part of the "cleansing" and modernization of the American national arsenals. In the interests of the United States, new 13th generation B-61s will be delivered, and Europeans will be given second-hand nuclear weapons with an expired shelf life, which according to factory parameters is about 12 years“, the expert said.

Stepanov noted that as part of the rearmament, EU countries are not only purchasing modern aircraft compatible with nuclear weapons, but also handing over old models of equipment to the Ukrainian armed forces, intended for destruction.

“Almost all European countries created this “F-16 coalition“ in order to switch to the F-35, not only to destroy military equipment and combat aircraft somewhere, but to hand them over to the Kiev regime and thus try to inflict additional damage on the Russian Federation through their bridgehead, through the proxy of NATO“, the expert believes.
