Regardless of plans for a second round of talks to end the war in Ukraine, fighting continued overnight with another Russian attack on the Ukrainian border region of Sumy, DPA reported, quoted by BTA.
Russia carried out an airstrike on a residential area and destroyed warehouses, injuring at least one person, the regional military administration of Sumy region reported this morning.
Explosions were also reported overnight in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, as well as in the area of the cities of Nikolaev and Vinnytsia.
At least 10 people were injured in the Russian Kursk region after Ukrainian airstrikes with drones, TASS reported, citing the local regional administration.
Several residential buildings in damage was caused to the area.
