UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said he was deeply concerned about the US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities.
"The US strikes on Iran are a dangerous escalation of the situation in the region and a direct threat to international peace," he added.Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed the opinion that the US strike on Iran would "change history" and thanked Trump for this decision.
Iran evacuated the nuclear site in Fordow, there was no irreversible damage as a result of the US attack, an adviser to the speaker of parliament said.
The Israeli army's rear command urgently tightened restrictions on the population after the US strikes on nuclear facilities in Iran.
According to the statement of the army press service, street gatherings, training in all educational institutions and the work of most enterprises, with the exception of vital industries, are prohibited throughout Israel until further notice.
This decision was made by order of the Minister of Defense of the Jewish state of Israel Katz, the army noted. It went into effect immediately after the announcement was made at 03:45 Bulgarian time.
Similar strict restrictions were imposed across Israel immediately after the military campaign against Iran began on the night of June 13, but a few days later the army eased them, allowing work in places with easy access to bomb shelters and permitting street gatherings of no more than 30 people. On Saturday, these restrictions were extended again until the evening of June 23.
