There are no signs of radioactive contamination at Iran's nuclear facilities in Isfahan, Natanz and Fordow, which were subjected to US strikes, Iran's National Center for Nuclear Security said in a statement.
“Considering the measures taken, the preliminary planning and the data recorded by the radioactive detection systems, no signs of contamination were found“, said the statement carried by Iran's state news agency IRNA.
Nuclear facilities in Isfahan, Natanz and Fordow were attacked by enemies, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said earlier.
The strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities are a violation of international law, the organization said.
Iran will continue to develop its nuclear industry despite the attacks on the country's nuclear facilities, the ministry added.
Iran's National Nuclear Security Center officially blamed the United States for the attacks on facilities in Isfahan, Natanz and Fordow.
Iran has evacuated the Fordow nuclear facility, there is no irreversible damage as a result of the US attack, an adviser to the parliament speaker said.
