The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia strongly condemns the aggression undertaken by Iran against Qatar, the Saudi Press Agency reported, BTA reports.
The official position states that Riyadh “considers this act a gross violation of international law and the principles of good neighborliness“. According to the statement, the attack is “unacceptable and cannot be justified under any circumstances“.
Saudi Arabia confirmed its “solidarity and full support for the brotherly state of Qatar“, stressing that it will mobilize all its resources to support Qatar in all measures the country deems necessary.
Earlier today, Iran carried out a missile attack on a US military base located on the territory of Qatar.
