In the morning hours on Sunday, the port authorities of the island of Tinos were notified that a 63-year-old foreigner (Bulgarian citizen) had been pulled unconscious from the sea area of Agios Fokas beach, Tinos, the Greek Coast Guard announced.
The 63-year-old woman was transported by ambulance to the Tinos health center, where she was declared dead.
The Tinos port authorities, who are conducting the preliminary investigation, have ordered an autopsy at the Piraeus Court Office.
