Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that territorial concessions to Russia will not make it end the war in Ukraine and that international pressure on the Kremlin should be increased, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
"Russia is deliberately prolonging the war, which is why it deserves stronger global pressure. It refuses to stop the killings and therefore should not receive any territorial concessions or benefits," Zelensky wrote in "Ex".
"This is not only a moral position, but also a matter of common sense. "Concessions cannot dissuade a murderer," he added.
Zelensky made these statements just days before a meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska.
