The Israeli army said it had struck targets of the pro-Iranian Lebanese group "Hezbollah" near the Beaufort fortress in southern Lebanon today after detecting "military activity" in the area, Agence France-Presse reported, quoted by BTA.
"The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) recently struck Hezbollah" military infrastructure, including underground facilities where military activity was detected, in the Beaufort fortress area in southern Lebanon," the army said in a statement.
