Tree pruning has begun along the fence towards Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., in order to make it safer,

If everything is within normal limits, "Vrana" Park can be opened by the end of the year, said Sofia Regional Governor Stefan Arsov to journalists at the Regional Administration, where an “Open Day“ was held.

"I hope, if everything goes as normal, that it will be open by the end of the year and that we can hold a wonderful cultural event there for Christmas", said Arsov.

"We have started the administrative procedures, I hope they will not be appealed, so that the park can open its doors within two or three months", he added.

Along the fence towards "Tsarigradsko Shose" Blvd., tree pruning has begun in order to make it safer, Arsov explained and recalled that a few months ago there were fallen trees, which endangers people's health.

The entrance to "Vrana" Park will be free, Stefan Arsov said at the end of August. Earlier this year, the park “Vrana” officially passed under the management of the Regional Administration - Sofia.
