The state of emergency in the holiday village "Elenite" and the area "Kozluka" has been canceled, BNT reports.
It was introduced by order of the mayor of Nessebar Municipality Nikolay Dimitrov on October 3 after the devastating flood in the area, which killed four people.
In his reasons, the mayor states that at the moment there is no danger to people's lives and health, and the crisis situation that arose after the torrential rains has been brought under control. Due to the severe weather conditions and heavy rainfall on October 3, a state of emergency was declared on the territory of the entire Nessebar Municipality.
On October 10, it was extended for another week. Property owners in "Elenite" will hold a meeting on October 22, at 11:00 a.m. in the holiday village, BTA reports.
Announcements for the meeting have already been posted on buildings in the resort.
Greta Ganeva, chairwoman of the Association of Owners in the holiday village, said that the meeting was scheduled due to the need to make urgent decisions related to the current situation in the complex.
"In case of urgency, important issues must be resolved. Claims will be filed by the owners," Ganeva said.
The complex continues to be guarded by police teams, and access to its territory is through a checkpoint.
Owners are allowed in after a check, and after 5:30 p.m. entry into the complex is prohibited.
