A serious accident in the center of Sofia. A Sofia Municipality official vehicle and a "Toyota" collided head-on at the intersection under the "Lovers' Bridge", bTV reported.
The most likely cause of the accident was loss of right of way. The collision occurred at around 8 a.m. Both vehicles have crushed bumpers.
An inspection is being carried out and the causes of the accident are being clarified.
Traffic in the area is difficult. An emergency team is also on site. There are currently no reports of injured people.
