None of the political leaders gave a clear request that a government can be formed with the second mandate. According to Kiryakov, after the constitutional changes, there will probably be an official cabinet, which will belong entirely to GERB. The president has already distanced himself from the office. This means that GERB will hold early elections, the political scientist pointed out.
The president has a role in the cabinet. That it will not be drawn up by him does not mean that he will not be consulted. With the collapse of the assembly, the president is brought into the political process. This caretaker government will outline at least the contours of future majorities, commented Deliyski.
Georgi Kiryakov noted that without "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" GERB do not have a majority in the parliament and will have to look for something else, which will hamper the work of the possible next National Assembly.
Audiences want to hear what happens with power and how that power will produce some positive result. When something is broken, the last thing we care about is who broke it. That's why we need to know from today what the options for the next government will be, said Strahil Deliyski.
Given that we are doomed to coalition governments, we have no way of knowing that. This will become clear in conversations after some future conversations. It will be necessary to negotiate and conclude a coalition agreement again, Kiryakov said.
