"In the first place is the portal for access to electronic and administrative services. More than 1,200 administrative services are published in it and can be applied for from all over the world. It also has a secure electronic delivery system. A message received through it has indisputable legal value and cannot be appealed in court. At the moment, over 7 million documents have been delivered. The integration between the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Internal Affairs is also new, so that a receipt can be submitted electronically. Familiarity with the content is considered the moment of delivery," he told Nova TV.
