Is there a chance to change the composition of the cabinet, what calls are already being made to the candidate for interim prime minister Dimitar Glavchev? The answers were sought from BNT.
In theory, there is a possibility of changes in the composition of the cabinet until the president issues the decree on the appointment of the caretaker government. But in practice, this should not happen just because of PP-DB's insistence on the figure of Kalin Stoyanov. Glavchev himself admitted that this was the most difficult decision for him, and the police union firmly stood behind Kalin Stoyanov.
President Rumen Radev has already given a request that on Tuesday he will issue three decrees: for the appointment of the caretaker government, for scheduling early parliamentary and European elections. The two votes will be held on the same date - June 9, which would save money and facilitate the election administration to some extent.
After the changes in the Constitution, the new ministers will take the oath in the National Assembly, and not in front of the president, as was the case before.
After this date, it will become clear how the forces will be distributed in the parliament, whether the same 6 formations will enter, who will win and who will lose parliamentary seats after the series of scandals. And the most important question - will it be possible to form a governing majority.
There are already calls for this to be done on the basis of Euro-Atlantic values. But until the moment of formation of power, we have a campaign in the conditions of a working parliament, and in it in recent days we see increasingly severe opposition.
