The problem is not in the change of bosses of " "Customs", the problem is when you don't have a clear idea where you are going. When you spend 11 billion, which happened in December, you send a clear signal - all existing channels are transferred from government to government. It becomes a search for a way for us to master these channels. He said this in an interview for "Face to Face" the economist from the Center for the Study of Democracy Ruslan Stefanov.
"There are clear solutions - when we observed decency 2009-2011, when there was a safety clause with which they could punish us. The customs, the National Revenue Service and our entire system in general gained much more opportunities after the country entered the EU. They have become much more technically literate," he added.
In his words about networks of the type of "The Notary, the Euro, the head of the "Customs" - it must be clear that they lead to dismissal and punishment.
On the case with the fiscal reserve, Stefanov commented: "These are political pranks. The good thing is that at least we have transparency. Everyone can check both the cash balance of the budget at the moment and the fiscal reserve".
The economist noted that a regular political mistake in the management of the state budget is that big mistakes are made when handing over power or at the end of the year.
