For the fifth year in a row, people's representatives, youth, veterans, rank-and-file members and sympathizers of the BSP are conducting the “Solidarity Easter” campaign, which has become a tradition for socialists.
The campaign was launched on the initiative of the leader of the party, Cornelia Ninova, and aims to donate kosunacs and packages of food products to the elderly, disadvantaged people and the poor. The donated products are Bulgarian, being aims to support both needy families for the Easter holidays, as well as domestic production and small Bulgarian companies, reports the press center of the Left.
And this year the campaign is being held throughout the country, with packages already distributed to thousands of people in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Kazanlak, Veliko Tarnovo, Lyaskovets, Pazardzhik, Haskovo, Yambol, Sliven, Novi Pazar, Razgrad, Parvomai, Gotse Delchev, Pernik and many others.
The initiative continues in the following days of the Easter holidays.
