Today, Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev is expected to visit the "Malko Tarnovo" border crossing. together with the Turkish ambassador to Bulgaria, Mehmet Sait Uyanak, reported NOVA.
The purpose of the visit is to discuss and resolve the border crossing issues that are causing difficulties for travelers and trade between the two countries.
Glavchev and the ambassador are expected to inspect the border crossing and hold meetings with local authorities to find effective solutions. The meeting will also include the Ministers of the Interior Kalin Stoyanov, of Regional Development and Public Works Violeta Koritarova, of Tourism Evtim Miloshev and of the Environment and Waters Petar Dimitrov.
