Kristian Vigenin and Tsvetelina Penkova will represent the Bulgarian Socialist Party in the next five years in the European Parliament, FACTS learned.
Two of the most recognizable European faces of the centenary will be members of the group of socialists and democrats in the new composition of the European legislative body.
After her diligent work in the fields of energy, economy, industry and consumer protection in connection with the future accession to the Eurozone, Penkova has proven herself as a recognizable face in civil society. Serious support has also been declared by young people in the country, as a result of her active work in the European Parliament for the start-up industry and the support of young entrepreneurs.
The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Kristijan Vigenin has also always defended the European line of the BSP. He is an expert in foreign policy and a former minister of foreign affairs.
