In fact, these five laws and two decisions are extremely important, postponed for years and are the core of this memorandum, which we failed to sign together with GERB under the previous government. They are the most important part of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan for BGN 1.3 billion.

According to him, these funds are 100 km of highway, 130 schools. This is a huge amount of money and the solution for it cannot be found.

It was these topics and these laws that were prioritized because they are important to everyone and, in my opinion, they should unite everyone. We were very careful to offer what could unite us. We also offered others, if they want to add something - something that unites us, not something that divides us", explained Denkov.
Regarding the split in the DPS, Nikolay Denkov said that Turkish citizens in Bulgaria suffer from the attempt to monopolize their political representation:
"There is a willingness from various politicians to overcome this stage and to seek adequate political representation in other parties as well, so that these people have a choice. Then the parties have to compete to win their trust, and this is a very realistic task today."
The monopolization of any group creates a problem for the group itself, for the political system, and we must treat these efforts with respect, he added.
