"Fortunately, there were no injuries or deaths from the local population," he added.
"I asked myself why the interior minister and the mayor of Elin Pelin place are not together. And the mayor turned out to be on vacation," commented Nikolov.
According to him, human activity and error caused the explosion in the warehouses in Elin Pelin.
"During the fires, the Bg-Aler was functioning, but there was no one to activate it," added the former chief of the Fire Department.
