Regarding thermal power plants, we do not have a clear plan of what, how, when it will happen. I am talking about the Bulgarian state - it has not shown responsibility to give a clear plan of what will happen with coal mining.
While there is no plan, until jobs are found - we think that these thermal power plants should not be closed, added the MEP.
Penkova was adamant that the construction of the "Belene" NPP must be completed. We want to give up a strategic resource. France offered us serious help. They work with similar reactors, she added.
