The National Assembly will hear the Acting Minister of the Interior Kalin Stoyanov in connection with received signals from citizens of numerous settlements in the country regarding systematic violations by motorcyclists, dariknews.bg reported.
The violations are from Art. 5 of the Road Traffic Act, according to which the driver of the vehicle is obliged not to cause difficulties to those living in roadside properties by observing the current noise norms.
