The owner of the wedding salon in Kardzhali, whose ceiling fell and injured 20 people, believes that the incident may to be due to vibrations from the loud music, not the heavy rain, reported BNT.
Jelyan Ali made his assumption after he was released from pre-trial detention, where he and the two managers of the salon were detained for a day.
No charges have been brought against them, as no complicity in the incident has been proven at this stage, the prosecutor's office announced.
