Non-party there is no management. This is what the former prime minister and constitutional judge Filip Dimitrov said to Bulgaria ON AIR, quoted by FOCUS.
"Governance is always political. It couldn't be from aliens or non-political people - that's an oxymoron. If your car breaks down, you call an auto mechanic, not an agronomist," he commented.
Only the Constitutional Court can judge whether there will be cashing in the elections, the specialist also pointed out. "The Constitutional Court, appealed by some of the holders of this right - as it is according to the Constitution, not by parties, dissatisfied people and those who think they could have three more votes," Dimitrov also said.
"We hear about this monster - the bought vote, they scare us with it, from every angle we expect it to be submitted... Given that all sociological studies in general terms coincide with the picture that we see after the elections, one does not need to be a genius to guess that in the end, if there was a bought vote, there must have been, because everywhere in the world there is, it did not significantly affect the general picture", Philip Dimitrov emphasized.
