The Administrative Court in Varna will consider today the appeal of the city's mayor Blagomir Kotsev in the case of limiting his powers to dispose of funds from the municipal budget, BNT reported.
At the end of October last year, the Municipal Council in Varna terminated the mayor's powers regarding his disposal of the budget and compensated changes without the explicit consent of the local parliament.
The Varna Administrative Court left Kotsev's appeal without consideration in January.
