A civic committee is organizing a protest against the introduction of the euro tonight at 6 p.m. in the so-called triangle of power - between the buildings of the National Assembly, the Council of Ministers and the presidency, BNR reports.
The participants in the committee claim that they are not affiliated with any parties. According to the preliminary information announced by them, representatives of the "Alternative for Germany" are expected to join the protest and the party of the Romanian politician Gheorghe Simion.
It has been stated that after the rally, a tent camp will be built, which will be called "City of Leva".
From the public appearances of the leaders of "Vazrazhdane", MECH and "Velicie" it is clear that they support this protest. Yesterday, "Vazrazhdane" announced that they have collected the necessary signatures and have submitted a new vote of no confidence in the government. The topic is a failure in the field of fiscal policy and disagreement with the decision to enter the eurozone.
